Doctor Syntek™ Key Oil is a NASA synthetic oil that was designed for the vacuum of space and therefore does not evaporate and will not leave sludge or varnish like petroleum based key oils or synthetic blends.
 
Doctor Syntek™ Key Oil will not change viscosity like petroleum oils with heat or cold and contains anti-rust and anti-corrosion inhibitors and forms a molecular bond with the metal to lubricate better and stay put without weeping like other key oils. It forms a lasting film on metal parts and will not rot the wood at the posts.
 
Works to lubricate guitar tuning machines ( the needle fits into the oil hole in the back of vintage tuners) and moving parts on tremolos
